Admin Guideline for Food Store Seller

Food Seller Guidance:

1. Food store owner will receive sms notification when order arrive,below is the sample of the sms:

2. Food store owner need log in to system/website once received the notification sms。  
    key in at broswer.

3. Key in your username and password:

Order details as below after logged in:

1)Order ID(for record purpose
2)Prepare timetime to prepare the fodd and we advice and suggest prepare the food on time ,not earlier than that to keep the freshness of the food)
3)Customer information(Food seller convenient to contact customer if there is any change with order)
4)Order details (customers' orders regarding food)

4. Store owner shall click "request to pickup" on bottom after confirm the order thus EcoExpress will be informed to collect the food at selected time.
(To allow EcoExpress have sufficient time to make arrangement for delivery,kindly click "request to pickup" once you received the order)

5. Order details will turned to "order completed" after "request to pickup" been clicked.

Next,store owner need prepare the food on time and EcoExpress will come collect the food at selected time.

Store owner able directly contact EcoExpress hotline 016-3338966 or Ecomall hotline 1800 22 2326 for help if EcoExpress doesn't make it on time for delivery pick up.
