Aromatic Bak Kut Teh
Suitable for: increase blood and energy, diminish coolness and enhance blood circulations
- Boil 2800ml of water till heating point, after that put in 6 to 8 nos. of black garlic and put in 2 packets of “Aromatic Bak Kut Teh” herbs.
- Add in salt, 2 table spoons of black soy sauce, 2 table spoons of soy sauce and 1.5kg to 2kg of scalded meat.
- Increase heat till boiling point for 15minutes, then lower heat to cook for another 1 hour.
- Add in preference amount of salt, preservatives and favouring then cook for another 10minutes and it is ready to be served in warm.
