Ingredients:
Codonopsis Pilousulae, Polygonatum Odoratum, Angelicae Sinensis, Fructus Fig, Glycyrrhiae Preparata, Fennel, Coriander, Coastal Glehnia Root
Preparation:
- 1 packet of Original Kee Hiong Chicken Soup Spices (2 filter bags)
- 800g - 1kg chicken, cut to preferred size
- 2500ml water
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Put in the 2 filter bags (do not open filter bags), chicken, b;acl gar;oc. thick soy sauce, soy sauce nad ssaly into boiling water. Simmer for at lest 1 hour.
Note: If using slow cooker, cook at least 4 to 5 hours for vetter taste.
