Ginseng Scallop Soup

Suitable for: promote alertness and strengthen body well being

 

Cooking instructions:

1)   Wash herbs with clean water, soap it with 2500ml of water for 15minutes.

2)Cook herbs for 30minutes and add in a scalded meat for 20minutes with higher heat then continue to cook for an hour with lower heat.

       3)Add in salt and ready to be consumed.
